IT and Telecom spending dashboard
It all starts with ITEM dashboards. Here you can have a complete view of your company's IT and Telecom expenses. It is possible to see the spending in the period, access details and compare the spending of the current month with the previous one or even with the company's budget.
BILL CRUSHER - The super importer of invoices
Bill Crusher is literally an invoice grinder! It already has parameterized hundreds of invoice types and allows you to add a new type or standard in a very short time. We know that each customer has different costs and invoices and that we can find a new model, but this is no longer a problem because Bill Crusher will grind all his invoices and import them into the platform.
Standard or Custom Apportionments
The import and apportionment process is very simple. The invoice is imported, one of the standard apportionment models is chosen and everything is adjusted. Some companies have complex assessment models and the assessment configurator will allow this new model to be used, although it requires a little more knowledge and configuration effort than simply choosing the model to apply. Don't worry, a standard or customized model will serve you!
Inventory
A perfect inventory management implies the use of this module with well-defined processes so that with each change, there is an automatic, manual or periodic integration of files with the changes. Inventory management is centralized in Prisma Clarity, collecting information from MDM or EMM and invoices through user updates or importing files with movements, among others.
