Mobile device management vendor MobileIron recognised its top Australian partners during its annual Asia-Pacific and Japan conference held in Cambodia last week.

Melbourne-based managed service provider Mobilise IT took home the ANZ Partner of the Year award and was also recognised as the APJ Innovation Partner of the Year.

Mobilise IT chief executive George Deligiannoudis said: “Our company is committed to its R&D investment program improving and innovating our world class mConcierge managed services platform with features such as integrated IoT management, that will further extend our leadership in the market”

The company expanded its business to the UK last September and has an office in London.

Mobilise IT sales director Michael Cefai said: “Mobilise IT’s DNA is to engage with our strategic partners like MobileIron to develop solid go-to-market plans by vertical and execute effectively with speed and discipline to grow our businesses together. Mobilise IT has had record growth year-on-year now managing tens of thousands of enterprise mobile computing devices across Asia-Pacific.”

Optus was named the ANZ Partner of The Year at the MobileIron conference and consultancy firm CDTS Australia was awarded APJ Federal Partner of the Year.

The MobileIron Partner Awards recognises MobileIron’s channel partners for playing a critical role developing enterprise mobility business in the Asia-Pacific and Japan regions. The conference took place between 7 and 9 of June, with close to 100 local partners attending.

MobileIron recently welcomed Rose Old as its Australian and New Zealand channel manager. With more than 10 years of experience in the industry, she has worked for the likes of Acronis, Express Data, Ingram Micro, Veeam Software and Avnet.
